Try to get into a happy and enthusiastic state of mind. WE hope that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the game starts for the starting info. Before the game, you should go to the toilet, because in the actual game room, because in the game area you will not have the chance. All the tasks can be completed in normal street clothes. The only reason you would sweat, during the game, is due to excitement. Substances that may affect your concentration should not be enjoyed prior to the game, so that your brain and focus would be most effective throughout the game. We believe that you would want to be seen alongside the best in the group!

The group has 60 minutes to escape from the room and some groups may be able to accomplish it within that 60 minutes. Completing the escape in 60 minutes does not require you have experienced an escape room beforehand. It is enough, that you work together as a team and use your smarts. You can choose the difficulty level.

No filming or video recording is allowed in the game room. The contents of the room are secret and their reveal could potentially ruin the experience for those that have not done the escape room yet. Phones can be put on silent during the game. Also, please do not reveal details about the game and puzzles after the game, so that we may promise an exciting and unforgettable gaming experience for all. 

The game and the game area is completely safe. The area has been approved by a construction supervisor and a fire inspector. The game supervisor follows the game in real time and provides hints to the players, when needed. You can get out of the room in the middle of game, but this would bring an end to the game. If there happens to be a power outage, the door will open by themselves. There is no real danger when playing the game, there is only a sense of excitement to be had. The surfaces of the room are disinfected in-between games and you will only meet the game manager at the escape room.

When the time runs out, the game supervisor will let you out of the room. Succeeding in completing the game may come down to smallest of puzzles. Despite failing, many feel the urge to attempt escape rooms again. If the schedules allow us, you can purchase more game time  for 10 min/10 euros.

Cancelling your appointment is possible 2 days before the game by calling or sending a text message. Cancellations later than two days from the game will be charged 50 euros. If no cancellation has been notified, the full price of the game will be charged, because the game has warranted a preparation from the company.
